We changed our listings to include a shipping fee for accounting purposes.  On most parts we did not change the total price. A part that we used to charge $22 with free shipping, we now charge $17 plus $5 shipping. Nothing changed. This is why we do not combine shipping.   The PT-N11B.6 ods pilot assembly includes the 30" long thermocouple, orifice, and ignitor. The connecting clip has changed to the one shown in the photo. At this time, the original female spade clip is not available. For all of the RA18 heaters made by Dyna Glo, Thermoheat, Remington, HeatStream, SunStream, and more. Probably the biggest complaint EBAY sellers get, is packages taking too long to arrive. Most sellers use USPS for small orders. While USPS does well 95% of the time, that other 5% can take up to three weeks!!! If you are in a hurry, choose Priority Mail.  Do not ask where your package is unless it’s been two weeks! At that time we will email USPS at the address below to see what they say. OR, you can email them yourself. If you want to find out where it is, email businesssupport at USPS.GOV. If for any reason you need to return or exchange, email us. If you request a return through eBay, you cannot exchange it. This will be sent thru first class mail unless you choose priority mail. Most orders ship the same day. All weekday orders ship within 24 hours!!! First class mail may take up to two weeks to arrive. If you are in a hurry, choose priority mail or UPS
